Ingredients:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 3/4 cups Cool Whip
- Powdered sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip. Mix until well blended. Batter will be sticky. Pour powdered sugar into a separate bowl and drop batter by teaspoonful into the powdered sugar, rolling lightly to coat. Place on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool (this is a must!). These cookies will melt in your mouth.
