Golden Oreo Funfetti Icebox Cake

A no-bake absolutely heavenly treat for summer time!


• 1 box Funfetti cake mix, divided
• 2 3.4 ounce packages instant vanilla pudding
• 4 tablespoons sprinkles
• 4 1/2 cups milk, divided
• 2 packages Golden Oreos
• Sprinkles for topping

Cake Batter Whip Cream

• 1 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3/4 cup Funfetti cake mix
• 1 teaspoon vanilla


Pour the 2 packages of pudding mix in large bowl. Add 2/3 cup Funfetti cake mix and 4 tablespoons of sprinkles. Whisk to combine. Add 4 cups of milk. Stir by hand for 2 minutes. Set aside.

To make whip cream, add heavy whipping cream to large mixing bowl and use electric mixer to whip on high speed until it starts to thicken. Add 3/4 cup of dry Funfetti cake mix and vanilla. Continue whipping until thick. Set aside.

Pour remaining 1/2 cup of milk into small bowl. Dip Oreos quickly into milk, then fill the bottom of a 9x13 pan with them. Layer 1/2 pudding mix then 1/2 whip cream mix over Oreos. Repeat Oreo layer followed by pudding and whip cream layers. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving or overnight. Add more sprinkles before serving.
