Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups funfetti chips
- Sprinkles
- White almond bark for topping if desired
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 more minutes. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat until just combined. Add 1 cup of funfetti chips. Stir into batter with wooden spoon. Spread dough as evenly as possible onto cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining funfetti chips and sprinkles on top. Bake 5-7 more minutes. Serve as is or melt almond bark and drizzle over the top.
