- 1 package ramen (chicken flavor)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Minced garlic (1/2 tablespoon)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon grated parmesan
- Black pepper to your taste
In a pot with water, cook ramen for 2 minutes only. Drain. Set aside.
In a skillet melt the butter and garlic. Let it sizzle but not brown. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan to thicken, stirring. Add in ramen and the flavoring packet. Add black pepper.
