Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Royal blue food coloring
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips, divided
- 2/3 cup chopped Chips Ahoy
- 2/3 cup chopped Oreos
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine butter, brown sugar and sugar. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and mix 30 seconds.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients, mixing on low. Before you finish mixing on low add the food coloring. You will need a good bit to get a deep blue color.
Add In 1/3 cup white chocolate chips, 1/3 cup chopped Chips Ahoy and 1/3 chopped Oreos. Mix by hand until combined.
Use a cookie scoop to form 2 tablespoon sized cookie dough balls. Roll into smooth balls with your hand. Press the remaining white chocolate chips, Chips Ahoy and Oreos on the outside of the dough. Place 8 cookies at a time on the baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before removing.
