Christmas Morning Casserole

Your sweet Christmas morning must make!


  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup heavy cream (half & half works too)
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Icing from cinnamon roll packages 


In a large mixing bowl melt butter.  Mix in sugar.  Beat in eggs, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.  Open cinnamon rolls and quarter them.  Add to bowl and stir gently.  Pour all in greased 9x13 baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Remove from oven and drizzle icing from cinnamon roll packages over them and spread to melt.
