Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups Heath toffee bits (or whatever candy bar of your choosing)
Directions
Combine cake mix, eggs, and butter and mix well with mixer. Stir in toffee bits by hand. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use cookie scoop to drop dough onto baking sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes.
This seriously may be the best cookie I have ever made (ok ok maybe not THE BEST since Kentucky Butter Cookies and Texas Sheetcake Cookies exist in The Copper Whisk Cookbook, but it’s a close top 3!!!!!).
