Cake Batter Blondies:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Marshmallow Buttercream:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Sprinkles
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl mix the cake mix, oil, egg and milk. Mix on medium low just until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallows. Spread into pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
To make frosting, cream butter until smooth. Add in marshmallow fluff and mix until combined, scraping the sides. Turn mixer to low and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add sprinkles.
