- 2 bags (7 ¼ ounces each) Pepperidge Farm chessmen cookies, crushed (or Nilla wafers in a pinch)
- 4 bananas sliced
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 5 ounce package instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
Directions
Spread half of the cookies and all of the bananas on the bottom of a 9x13 serving dish or trifle bowl.
In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
In a medium bowl combine the whole milk and pudding mix with an electric mixer.
In another medium bowl beat the condensed milk and cream cheese together with an electric mixer until smooth. Use a spatula to fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended. Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas. Top with remaining cookies. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
